To: my running mates…hope you had a good race wherever you ran this morning in So Cal. I didn’t run, sleep in but I did workout: sprints(chased after frisbee…talkin’ about calorie burners!)and elliptical machine. I look exhausted just like this runner(I think he’s exhausted). Have a good Saturday.

KarenST: Hi. Here’s my morning workout - got together with a bunch of late baby boomers and did 45 minutes of intense volleyball drills on…the grass. Wish we did the drills at the beach. It was(still is) another sunny Saturday in l.a.-so cal.

Rainbow Runner 3: i’m gettin’ ready for another workout, can’t wait for tomorrow night and read your Wordpress post. Just do the pushups. If you’re that shy go to an empty tennis court. The courts fence usually have tarps on the fence. This picture oughta inspire you.
