Friends and coffee mates: this is my “personal trainer” ;-) and my workout for tonight is spin class - something I haven’t done in six months. Wish me luck. Hope you had a good day and have a good night. (from NYCeWheels fb pg: Brompton Bike Love, didn’t have the heart to tell him he was too short to ride it…. - jack)
To: my running mates…hope you had a good race wherever you ran this morning in So Cal. I didn’t run, sleep in but I did workout: sprints(chased after frisbee…talkin’ about calorie burners!)and elliptical machine. I look exhausted just like this runner(I think he’s exhausted). Have a good Saturday.

Rainbow Runner 3: i’m gettin’ ready for another workout, can’t wait for tomorrow night and read your Wordpress post. Just do the pushups. If you’re that shy go to an empty tennis court. The courts fence usually have tarps on the fence. This picture oughta inspire you.
There is never a wrong time or place for a push up. Lift Heavy.
