Long Beach St and their fans really felt that they had this match in their favor. LBSU fans were concerned with good reason when CSUN won sets one and two and I think all of them haven’t fully recovered from their defeat the night before. Things were looking quite good for LBSU, but somehow in set five they were tentative and CSUN picked up their game(!!) and when LBSU opened up the door a little bit for CSUN the Matadors were awake and smart enough to take advantage of the 49ers minor slip.
