Coco Gleam: Now this is not a typical picture of Los Angeles that one post in Tumblr. First Congregational Church of Los Angeles. I couldn’t sleep last night. Left 818 and went walking along Wilshire Bl 213. There was something about this gothic Protestant church that drew me to this church to take more pictures. Not too far away from FCCL are two more Protestant churches on Wilshire Blvd built around the same time.
One is Immanuel Presbyterian right across from Talmadge apartments(another apartment on my list of places to live) 
and the other church is St. James Episcopal Church - 
one more thing I took more snapshots of the old Bullock’s Wilshire building - talk about glamorous department store, my pictures sorta look like these two… 
To wrap this up CG I mentioned that these building were built around the same time in the late 1920s and early 1930s - amazing these buildings were completed because it was built during the depression(The Depression?).
