Coco Gleam: Here’s my urban picture for today. I took some pictures like this late last night. There’s a closed/dilapidated l.a. county building across from the old Bullock’s Wilshire store on Wilshire Bl. Seeing these kinds of pictures inspires me to take these types of shots that HoodWatch took in Philadelphia. Looking at this makes me wonder what this bank was like, how much power it once had in local city politics and I’m sure the bank must’ve been splendid when it was in operation.
