-Don’t we all mutli-task if we’re assigned to a desk. I love it. Heading out and about yesterday - which was Father’s Day…sometimes it’s a bust. Sorry things didn’t turn out well. My plans for yesterday - didn’t have any and that’s why I wasn’t stressed out. In six months I will be…the annual Thanksgiving and Christmas get-together with the family.

Mocha Java and Coco Gleam: one of the AIDS LifeCycle riders getting his picture taken last week Saturday who was in such high spirits that day and who wouldn’t after accomplishing such a task of getting physically and mentally fit, buying gear, training and most of all getting donations for a worthy charity.
Mocha Java and Coco Gleam: all of the riders rode 545 miles for the annual AIDS LifeCycle ride and I would be so tired, but not this rider…look how high he jumped and flexible he was last week Saturday at the end of the ride.
Mocha Java and Coco Gleam: this AIDS LifeCycle participant took more than one shot and he knew he shouldn’t because there was a loooong line after bikers waiting their turn.
